Description 

Guy wire clamp is a type of parallel groove clamp mainly used on the communication line and transmission line, it is used in loop type guy dead-ends together with the stay wire and anchor rod to make the pole stable. Guy clamp is also called guy wire clamp.

One set guy clamp includes 2 pieces. There are two grooves on each piece of guy clamp.

According to the number of bolts, there are 3 types:1 bolt guy clamp, 2 bolt guy clamp, and 3 bolt guy clamp. 3 bolt clamp is most used due to the excellent performance.

In another installation way, the guy clamp is replaced by the wire rope clip or guy grip. Some types of guy clamps have curved ends, protecting the wire from damage.

When Jingyoung guy clamp is installed in a live condition, a tensile force of 1200kg or more is applied,  the guy clamp will not be deformed or damaged.

Guy clamp process consists of the following stages: Firstly, hot rolling, where the blank gets cut, heated and rolled till it becomes of the needed size and form. And then pressing hole on the carbon steel. The final process is doing hot dip galvanizing.
