    Description
    The fibers, 250um.are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filed with a water-resistant fing compound.A steel wire, sometimessheathed with polvethvlene (PE for cable wth high fber count, locates in the center of core as a metaic strength member. Tubes (and flers are stranded aroundthe strength member into a compact and circular cable core.An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core, which is filed with the fiingcompound to protect it from water inaress, Then, the cable is completed with a PE sheath.
