    Description
HZT-QSFP-40G-LR4 is a high performance and cost-effective QSFP+ LR4 transceiver designed for 40 Gigabit Ethernet (40GbE) applications. The 40GBase-LR4 QSFP+ transceiver complies with QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-LR4 specifications. The 40GBase-LR4 QSFP+ transceiver converts 4 inputs channel of 10.3125Gb/s electrical data to 4 CWDM optical signals, and multiplexes them into a single channel for 40Gb/s optical transmission. On the receiver side, the transceiver optically de-multiplexes a 40Gb/s input into 4 CWDM channels signals and converts them to 4 channel output electrical data. The center wavelengths of the 4 CWDM channels are 1271, 1291, 1311 and 1331 nm. The 40GBase-LR4 QSFP+ transceiver contains a LC Duplex connector for the optical interface and a 38-pin connector for the electrical interface.

The QSFP-40G-LR4 QSFP+ optics is programmed and tested to be compatible with Cisco data center switches, routers, NICs and other optical transport devices for 40G Ethernet and high-performance computing networks. It is an ideal equivalent to Cisco QSFP-40G-LR4 QSFP+ optics module at a much lower price, which provides a reliable compatible 40G QSFP+ optics solution for system integrator, distributors and ends users in data center networking infrastructure.
