Description
The structure of the deep sea cable is relatively complicated: the fiber is placed in the U-shaped groove plastic skeleton, and the groove is filled with grease or an elastic plastic body to form a core. The core is wrapped with high- strength steel wire. All the gaps are filled with waterproof material during the winding process. Then a layer of copper tape is wrapped around the wire and the joint is welded to make the steel wire and the copper tube form a compressive and A combination of tensile strength. A layer of polyethylene sheath is added to the outside of the steel wire and copper tube. This rigorous multi-layer structure is designed to protect the fiber, prevent breakage and prevent seawater from wetting.

• Suitable for long-distance communication, inter-office communication, CATV and computer network transmission systems.
• Minimum allowable bend radius: static 15 times cable diameter, dynamic 30 times cable diameter.
• Operating temperature: -40 to +70 °C.
